Taking on one of Broad Street's most significant structures, we transformed the First National State Bank—a property on the National Register of Historic Places—into the boutique Hotel Indigo. Centrally located in the heart of Newark’s Four Corners business district, this complex adaptive reuse project cemented our vital role as a leading catalyst in the city's ongoing revitalization.

Spanning a massive footprint in downtown Newark, the historic Hahne & Co. building was once the city's premier department store. Through a strategic public-private partnership, we led the revitalization of this distinctive brick property, transforming a dormant piece of local history into a dynamic, modern landmark built for the city's future.

Standing as the tallest building in Passaic, New Jersey, the 1931 People’s Bank Building is an iconic Depression-era landmark. We spearheaded the comprehensive rehabilitation of this historic tower, executing a complex adaptive reuse strategy that successfully transformed the structure into a modern, state-of-the-art headquarters for the Passaic Board of Education.

Anchoring Newark’s downtown corporate corridor, 707 Broad Street sits alongside the national headquarters of industry leaders like Panasonic, Prudential Financial, and PSEG. Together with our partners, we are executing a comprehensive modernization of this massive commercial property—upgrading its core infrastructure and activating the rooftop to deliver a bold new vision for the city's business district.
